UX/UI DESIGNER
Hi, I am Audra, a UX/UI designer based in London with a background in sales, project management and customer service.
My career hasn't been straightforward but all the work I've done has one thing in common - it was about individually tailored projects. Over the decade in London I worked in the luxury fashion industry where I specialised in developing custom-made orders for individuals from all over the world. The aim to retain happy customers encouraged me to apply user-centric philosophy throughout every project so I learnt to attentively research client's needs, perceive their goals and come up with best solutions. After some time in this field, my customer-centric mindset sparked my interest to explore user experience deeper. It felt natural to move into UX design. I completed a year-long course at CareerFoundry where I learnt the ins and outs of UX/UI design.
"Don't make me think”. This quote by Steve Krug, that I chose as my motto, is my guiding star when it comes to ideating and creating user experience with digital products. I advocate for simplicity and am keen to design intuitive and functional digital products that people enjoy using.
Outside work you will often find me exploring the world with my inquisitive toddler and enjoying all London has to offer. I am fluent in three languages, English, Lithuanian, Russian, and can speak some Spanish. Fun fact about me, I hold a master's degree in Archaeology/Restoration.
